Features
Arrow to heart-shaped leaves make arrowhead plant a nice selection for growing alongside plants with simpler foliage. Most varieties have some variegation to the leaves, adding a spark of brightness with their green and white contrast. Syngonium plants naturally vine and trail making them ideal for a hanging basket or growing in a pot on a tall plantstand. Watering should be reduced in winter months.
Caution: Syngonium plants contain a compound called calcium oxalate that can be toxic to cats, dogs, and people. Calcium oxalate crystals irritate the mouth and stomach if ingested, leading to symptoms such as swelling, pain, and digestive problems.
Uses
