Baked Radicchio and Herbed Goat Cheese Dip

Ingredients

2 heads radicchio, cut into 1/4-inch strips

1/4 pound goat cheese; cut into 1/2-inch pieces

1/4 cup olive oil

1 garlic clove, flattened

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place radicchio in a shallow baking dish and arrange goat cheese over the top. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until golden brown. Discard garlic. Add basil, rosemary and marjoram to oil and season with pepper. Drizzle over cheese and radicchio and bake until cheese begins to melt, approximately 15 minutes. Serve with bread slices.
