Cucumber Tomato Salad

Ingredients

2 cups grape tomatoes, chopped

1 1/2 cups cucumber, chopped

2 tablespoons red onions, chopped

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

Place tomatoes, cucumber and onions in a medium bowl; toss gently. Combine balsamic vinegar, sugar, olive oil, pepper, and salt in a small bowl and stir with a whisk. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad; toss gently to coat.
