Honey and Lemon Balm Tea Biscuits

Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 cup honey
3 eggs
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon milk
2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 sprigs fresh lemon balm, chopped

Directions

Combine the butter and honey in a bowl and thoroughly cream. Add eggs and beat well. Add the remaining ingredients and combine. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake 8-10 minutes at 375°F.
