Lemon and Thyme Marinade

Ingredients

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, strained

2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Mix ingredients in a small bowl. Makes about 1/4 cup, enough for about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of chicken or fish.

Tip: To vary flavor just replace the thyme in this recipe with your favorite herb(s).
