Lemon Sage Rub

Ingredients

1/4 cup lemon zest, grated (about 2 lemons)

2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped

1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped fine

2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

1/4 cup garlic, minced

1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

In a small bowl, combine ingredients and mix well. Use as a rub for meat, poultry, or fish.
