Servings: 4

Ingredients

Red Layer:

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 banana

1/2 cup ice

White Layer:

1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

1 banana

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 cup ice

Blue Layer:

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup milk, either non-fat or low-fat

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 cup ice

Directions

Blend the red layer ingredients. Pour into clear glasses, about a third full. Place glasses in the freezer while you make the next layer. Rinse out the blender to remove any leftover red layer ingredients. Add white layer ingredients and blend. Remove glasses from freezer and pour the white layer mixture on top of the red layer. Fill glass to approximately the two-thirds full level. Put glasses in the freezer while you make the final layer. Rinse the blender jar. Place blue layer ingredients in the jar and blend. Remove frozen glasses from freezer and top off each glass with the blue layer. Serve with a straw.
