Spiced-up Deviled Eggs

Servings: 24

Ingredients

12 peeled, hard-boiled eggs

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons curry powder

3 ounces hot sauce

2 teaspoons turmeric

Directions

Cut all the eggs in half, lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a large bowl, reserving the egg whites for later. Add the mayonnaise, curry powder, hot sauce and turmeric. Mix the yolks and seasonings to a smooth creamy paste. Fill each egg white half with yolk mixture.

Pro tip: Place the mix in a plastic baggie and snip the corner off to easily squeeze the mix into the whites.
